Member dues, reconciled. Renewals, automated.

Membership organisations have a payment problem that looks like an admin problem. Every renewal cycle becomes a reconciliation exercise — matching BPAY arrivals to member records, chasing failed direct debits, sending receipts that look like they came from a third party.

ElasticPay is built so the reconciliation happens automatically. Every payment is tied to the right member by reference, and renewals run on autopilot. Your renewal week looks like a normal week.

Why ElasticPay for associations

01

Member dues by direct debit

88c per transaction, annual or recurring. Failed payments retry automatically. Members get a reminder, you get a clean reconciliation.

02

BPAY for the members who use it

Every member gets a unique CRN. Payments arrive pre-reconciled against the right member record. No CSV exports, no spreadsheet matching.

03

Cards for online renewals

1.5% + 25c on domestic cards — flat across Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. International cards add 1% (just the interchange, not a markup).

Features that fit how associations work

01

Member-specific BPAY references

Each member gets their own unique CRN. When a payment arrives through the BPAY network we know which member it belongs to and reconcile it automatically against your records.

02

Renewal flows that just work

Drop a payment form on your renewal page, or send a payment link in the renewal email. Both are first-class — the member doesn't need to log in to a separate portal.

03

Receipts that look like you sent them

Branded email receipts with your association name, charter, and the wording your accountants want. Tax invoice fields, ABN, the lot.

04

CRM integration via webhooks

Sync payments into iMIS, Wild Apricot, MemberPlanet, or whatever you've built in-house. Every payment fires a webhook with the member reference; you decide what to do with it.

05

Transparent pricing, on the website

Same rates for your association as anyone else. No 'enterprise' negotiation, no quote required, no rate sheet behind a salesperson.

Pricing for associations

The same published per-transaction rates as everywhere else. BPAY is often the popular choice for member dues, but every method is available on every account.

Questions associations ask

Can I offer multiple payment methods to my members?

Yes. The same renewal flow accepts direct debit, card, or BPAY. The member chooses on the form. You don't have to maintain three separate processes.

Does BPAY auto-reconcile against the member record?

Yes. Each member is assigned a unique BPAY reference (CRN). When the payment arrives through the BPAY network it's automatically linked to that member — no manual matching, no spreadsheet exports.

What about annual dues vs monthly schedules?

Both are supported on the same platform. Set the schedule per member, per membership tier, or per renewal period. Members on a payment plan and members paying upfront work the same way from your end.

Do you support multiple membership categories?

Yes. Different amounts, different schedules, different reference prefixes — all configurable per tier. You define them once and assign members to the tier they belong to.

Is there a minimum volume?

No. No monthly minimums, no setup fee, no lock-in. You pay only what you process. If your association has a quiet month, you pay for what was actually processed that month.

Can members manage their own payment details?

Yes. The payment link in their welcome email doubles as a self-service portal. They can update their card or bank details, change their preferred method, or cancel — without contacting your office.
